Too many children in our communities face barriers that compound over time — gaps in educational support, unstable home environments, and systems that weren't designed to work together. Families often find themselves navigating a fragmented landscape of services with no clear path forward.
CorePath Foundation was founded on a simple but urgent belief: every child deserves a clear, supported path to stability and success — and that the organizations, schools, and agencies serving them deserve a true partner in that work.
