When a child is struggling, families often hear many recommendations but receive little help connecting the pieces. A student may need academic support, behavior strategies, developmental evaluation, emotional wellness resources, parent guidance, school advocacy — or all of the above.
CorePath Foundation exists to help families and partners move from confusion to coordination. We bring together family navigation, learning support, behavioral and emotional wellness, and developmental and health access so children are not left waiting for systems to catch up to their needs.
